Thai hot herb

Thailand  is known for its therapeutic hot compress containing numerous herbs which goes back to thousands of years. Fresh or dried herbs are tighty bound in fabric and are heated in an herbal steamer for 10-20 minutes. The heat can be turned up pr down, and the ball should be just hot enough to touch them confortably. The warm bundles are then pressd or pounded over the entire body. The steam from the herbal compress release the aroma and medicinal properties.
